central location friendly staff clean room
The location made getting around straightforward. The staff were indeed friendly and accommodating. My room was clean upon arrival and the bed offered decent support..
The stairs were rather steep. Carrying luggage was challenging.

cute manager lower level indian restaurant uneven floor dated decor stained wall
martin, the manager, was very cute. he changed our room to a lower level. this accommodated my son's mobility issues. there is also an indian restaurant connected to the hotel with a discount.
the floor was uneven, so my suitcase rolled away. the walls were stained, and the decor looked dated. i noticed marks on the curtains and bed sheets.

clean double room immaculate bedding lovely breakfast faulty tv cold wall some mold
we booked a double room and found it quite clean. the towels and bedding were immaculate. breakfast was lovely and provided a perfect start to each day.
the tv in our room had sound, though there was no picture. i reported it multiple times, but nothing happened. the beds were next to a wall, and the walls felt cold, with some mold.

helpful staff indian restaurant cute manager room change
the staff are very helpful and polite. i got a 20% discount at the indian restaurant, connected to the hotel! the manager was friendly and cute. he changed my room to a lower level because of my son's mobility issues.
The room was a little warm. I would've liked it to be cooler.
